Hi, I'm Melissa Chargualaf. I have been the receptionist at Flint Hills Veterinary Hospital since May of 2017. I really enjoy and love my job very much. I love interacting with all the different pets and clients we meet each day. I have always loved animals and knew this would be a career I would enjoy. I waas born in Northern California and have lived in Kansas for 12 years. I have two wonderful boys. I have previously worked at an exotic pet store, so I have dealt with many different species. I am looking into adopting a forever pet very soon.

Hello, I have been with FHVH for a little over a year now.  I did my veterinary assistant course at Ashworth College in Georgia and am currently in school for my Veterinary Technician license.  I have been an assistant for 7 years now and have worked in Tennessee, Alabama, Texas and Colorado.  I have 5 fur-children at home: Paisley, a lab mix,  Chevy a Great Dane,  Izzy a tailess feline who rules the house and the trouble maker, Thakery who eats everything and Oliver, the resident house panther.  One day I hope to specialize and go work in a zoo or aquarium.

Hi, my name is Christyn.  I have been a veterinary technician for 3 years now.  I am from the beautiful place called Kauai.  I was brought to Kansas by the military.  I grew up with lots of animals and always dreamed about being in the veterinary field.  I am glad I get to live my dream and love what I

My name is Jessica Furnas and I have been a veterinary assistant for a year and a half.  I grew up around animals and rode horses competetively from age 10-18.  Since I began in this field, I fell in love with the care and healing of animals.  My dream and goal is to go to school to become a registered veterinary technician.

My name is Bailey.  I have been working with animals for about 5 years now, mostly during my college years in Colorado.  During my junior year, I really fell in love with all different species.  Being able to see and work with many species here at Flint Hills Veterinary Hospital has been really rewarding.  My fur babies at home are named, Koda a 5 year old husky and Harley, a 2 year old cat.  They keep me busy when I'm not here at work.
